The collected data can be communicated to the following recipients:

- Within PROTAC:
  The collected data is for use by PROTAC internal departments (Human Resources, reception, sales, etc.) when their function requires it
  and its communication is needed to implement the previously mentioned processing.
- Communication of data to subcontractors
  The data collected from the web site may be communicated to ROSE Group subcontractors that are
  used to provide services as part of the implementation of the previously mentioned processing.

TRANSFER OF PERSONAL DATA OUTSIDE THE EU

Some recipients of personal data may be located outside the European Union. These recipient countries must be recognised
by the European Commission as guaranteeing a suitable level of personal data protection or may not be the subject of any equivalence ruling.
